<div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0">Description Role Purpose: To ensure that Vonage’s commercial commitment and New Product Development processes have timely and relevant Legal & Compliance input and that processes and tools are in place to allow Vonage to operate commercially within its compliance risk appetite. Deliverables: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Global telecoms experience with extensive knowledge of tax, regulatory, compliance, cosec and commercial considerations for deployment of communication services </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deep understanding of global communications products and services to deliver compliant contracting models in a wide range of countries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in establishing operating models for telecoms businesses in new countries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated structured thinking to develop relevant processes and systems to support compliance requirements within the business </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Engaging and influential communication style. </li></ul> What you will do: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create and manage the operation of compliance governance processes and systems for NPD, customer contracts, in-life changes, and legacy issues </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Get alignment on what it means for Vonage to operate within its compliance risk envelope and: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with Product, Sales, and internal operations functions to coordinate governance processes to ensure efficient and effective outcomes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with internal stakeholders to support them in translating regulatory oversight, contract requirements, and emerging risk into actionable requirements for product development. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support Vonage’s commercial objectives by delivering an effective contracting operating model capability and associated governance </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Acquire relevant licenses and manage license requirements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the cross functional team that deliver Regulatory Reporting and License Fee payments, ensuring calculations are accurate and filed and paid in a timely fashion </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Set quality standards, build mechanisms and processes for team efficiency; create metrics by which the team tracks delivery and maintenance of compliance standards </li></ul> What is Required: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ten years of global telecoms experience at the product, network, regulatory or wholesale level </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of compliance process management </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated capability in designing and operating governance processes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong project delivery experience, including system tools </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with corporate secretariat and global compliance management </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> People Management </li></ul> Team: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead the virtual team who will create the e2e compliance ecosystem as set out above </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the direct team who will build and operate the processes above </li></ul></div></div>
