<div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0">Description Title: FP & A Analyst – Revenue KPI’s Location: Remote Canada Reports To: Sr. Director of Finance – FP & A The Role: This position will develop, analyze and track revenue and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). The position reports directly to the FP & A Leader for the company and will play a key part in bringing a more disciplined analytical focus to our revenue performance. The Impact You Will Have in This Role: We’re looking for data-driven insights into how our future revenue can be predicted, how we can explain our current revenue performance vs. the prior year or our budget, and what early warning signs we can find to identify revenue that’s starting to move off-track, We believe that the KPI’s that this position will be calculating and tracking provide the keys to managing this business, and this role will therefore have a critical impact on our ability to grow revenue and achieve our targets. What You'll Be Doing in This Role: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prepare monthly and maintain a consolidated database of revenue Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including Renewal performance; ARR & Gross/Net Retention metrics; ACV/TCV Bookings; variable revenue usage volume & average revenue per unit; etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze metrics at both the total corporate level for monthly Board of Directors (BoD) and Executive Committee (EC) distribution as well as at the product level for internal business unit consumption </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Present to Leadership (EC members and Sales Leaders) on an ongoing basis (quarterly or monthly) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain the data structure in our key recording and reporting systems (NetSuite and Salesforce) to enable automation of the analysis </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) internal IT systems support personnel to both launch the new KPI analysis tools in our BI environment (Oracle NSAW) and to support future enhancements of the BI tool </li></ul> Qualifications of this Role: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large data sets and provide meaningful insights in a summary manner </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with NetSuite (including EBPCS and NSAW modules) and Salesforce a plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with revenue KPI’s in prior roles a plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> BBA or MBA in Finance (or equivalent Canadian degrees) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work independently to a regular monthly deadline </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Presentation skills (both written/data visualization and live presentations) </li></ul> The Hiring Manager says: I’m looking for the kind of person who is inherently curious about what they can learn from analyzing large datasets, are disciplined enough to produce the metrics on a deadline each month, and can communicate their findings to both their peers in detailed form and to leaders in a summarized view.
