In this role, you'll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management. From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team. If you thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make an impact! <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you’ll get to do: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Sourcing & Candidate Generation: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Recruitment Process Management: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Candidate Experience: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary. </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Data & Reporting: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse). </li></ul><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Offer Management: </li><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process. </li></ul></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What you’ll bring to the role: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on passively sourcing candidates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> High level of organization and attention to detail </li></ul> Details: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 6 month contract </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Mid-level: $60-65k CAD </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> 🏠 What we offer: When you join our team, you’re not just accepting a job.
