Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to serve as a liaison between clients and engineers, manage internal project processes, and maintain accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with project management tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Client Liaison : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all email communications. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the engineering team. </li></ul> Project Management : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain and update project records in Airtable and other project management tools. </li></ul> Internal Coordination : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with engineers to ensure project requirements are clear and progress is on track. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Facilitate internal meetings and communications using tools like Zoom and Slack. </li></ul> Documentation : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with the creation of project reports and summaries for clients. </li></ul> Qualifications : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong proficiency in English (fluency is extremely important). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with project management tools such as Airtable and Slack. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous experience in a project coordination or similar role is preferred. </li></ul> Nice-to-Haves : <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Zapier/Make. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Multilingual capabilities. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Based in Africa or Latin America for non-Eurasia time zone coverage. </li></ul> Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and intro video in English format. </div></div>
