Requirements What will you do at MMDSmart? <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze product business requirements and produce a functional design; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ongoing validation and review of product backlog value (prioritization/correct elements); </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Review and refine the product's business requirements for MMD Smart PaaS Solutions; </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Own the product backlog - Deconstruct large features to smaller pieces, define and prioritize the pieces that can compose a releasable product; </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be the central focal point for all parties outside of R & D department; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Raise the connection with R & D groups and with other departments (by sessions, demos, etc.); </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure that sprints remain on track, enabling timely and consistent deliveries; </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate on the technical roadmap to ensure it aligns with and supports MMD Smart’s broader business objectives and priorities; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the PaaS service to enhance product quality and user satisfaction. </li></ul> You are a perfect match if you have: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner / System Analyst; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in writing detailed functional requirements or detailed design documents; </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience delivering features and API for external integrations; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in agile methodology from software companies; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous B2B customer-facing experience; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in Data driven decision making - advance; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent English (Russian is advanced); </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders of all levels of Seniority.
