Join us on the path to financial prosperity and success with Manay CPA, where your goals become our mission. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Check out our website for more: <a href="https://www.manaycpa.com/" rel="nofollow"> https://www.manaycpa.com </a></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Responsibilities </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support the full employee lifecycle for our global team, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and cohesive employee experience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Participate in Talent Acquisition efforts, especially during peak hiring times. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, helping to ensure the integration of new hires within the company. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection and labor laws. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering an inclusive work environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with internal stakeholders on company-wide initiatives to enhance culture and support strategic objectives. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain policies, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support P  &  C-related communication, helping to create and share updates, policies, and employee resources. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Organize and support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events and wellness programs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support the performance review process by coordinating feedback sessions, preparing relevant materials, and tracking performance metrics. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with other teams to support the development of career pathing and talent development initiatives, including identifying training opportunities and supporting performance review cycles. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor employee satisfaction and provide insights to enhance retention and job satisfaction. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay updated on People Ops and HR best practices to continuously contribute to process improvements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with administrative tasks across People Ops, including payroll support, benefits and leave administration, attendance tracking, and report preparation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Play an important role in the growth of the company by participating in process improvement, workforce planning, and similar projects. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Other responsibilities may be required from time to time within the scope of the role. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 4+ years of experience in a People  &  Culture, Human Resources, People Ops, or related role. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Consultancy firms is a big plus. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> An understanding of US Labor Law or US-based related experience is a huge plus. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent Business English skills. <b> All interviews will be held in English. </b></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent organizational and time management abilities. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant technology platforms. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A passion for creating a positive workplace environment and fostering employee engagement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Interest in ongoing learning and development, especially in areas related to HR trends and employee engagement strategies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work from a home office.
