Focusing on our B2B2C Virtual Sales tool called Nivoda Showroom which enables our brick & mortar retailers to adopt the virtual inventory sales model. What You'll Do: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Customer Research and Interaction (10%) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identifying the best way that we can enable our customers move to a virtual inventory sales model </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Gathering feedback from customers to improve our existing Showroom capabilities </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Data (10%) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Track customer usage of Showroom to keep improving them </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Set up the right events to track user journeys </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Tracking product performance post-launch, leveraging data to drive future iterations and improvements </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Product Development (30%) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Using research and data to deductively identify pain points and improvement areas for Showroom </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering and data to build solutions to solve customer pain points and monetise the product offering </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Growth and Adoption (20%) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with data, marketing, technical account managers and sales to increase the adoption and usage of Showroom </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Overseeing the rapid development of product iterations, balancing speed and quality </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Product Strategy (20%) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Defining the overall long term vision and strategy for Showroom in a way that aligns with the company goals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Managing timelines, resources and priorities to effectively meet project goals </li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Technical Accumen <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Providing strong technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Get on the tools when needed. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Creating detailed product specifications and technical documentation mapped to user stories </li></ul> Your experience and qualifications: </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven background within a best-in-class SaaS company in developing and monetising SaaS tools and features with experience in B2B and Sales workflow management a plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Structured problem solver. You can identify user and business problems and use technology to solve them efficiently </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum 5-6 years of product management experience is required.
