As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer , you will play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision-making processes and advancing our AI strategy. Your main task will be to analyze existing data, develop new machine learning models, and integrate them into production environments without relying on third-party APIs. Your analyses and models will directly contribute to the company's development and innovation. <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Tasks </div> You contribute to our sucess by: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Developing and implementing machine learning models: You design and execute machine learning models tailored to enhance various business operations, ensuring they align with company objectives and drive efficiency. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends: You will utilize advanced analytical techniques to sift through extensive datasets, uncovering insights that inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborating to develop data-driven solutions: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conducting experiments to optimize models: You design and execute experiments to refine machine learning models, systematically testing hypotheses to enhance accuracy and performance. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Applying statistical analyses and algorithms: You will validate the results of your analyses by employing a range of statistical methods and algorithms. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deploying models in production environments: You are responsible for deployment of machine learning models into production, prioritizing scalability and operational efficiency to ensure they function seamlessly within existing systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Promoting a data-driven culture within the company: You will advocate for and foster a culture that prioritizes data-driven decision-making, providing training and resources to empower colleagues to leverage data effectively in their roles. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Requirements </div> What makes you stand out: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or a similar position. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Master's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent.
