With high scores on Gartner and Glassdoor, our clients and employees have let us know what they love about us. </p></div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you will do: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, success planning, and ongoing optimization of Cymulate solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor, offering best practices, insights into emerging threats, and guidance on leveraging Cymulate's platform to enhance the customer’s security posture </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure customers remain satisfied with the services by proactively educating customers on functional capabilities, new product features, and possible upgrades that align with business needs and security goals </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Cymulate’s usage across the customer’s organization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and feature requests </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you will have: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of experience in customer success, project management, and/or consultative roles with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing enterprise accounts in the cybersecurity industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in the cybersecurity field with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, solutions, and security outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Direct experience as a cybersecurity consultant is an advantage </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients, fostering trust, driving customer success, and exceeding retention and growth targets </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Fluency in English and German </li></ul></p></div></div>
