Iconic brands like Sephora, Ubisoft, Columbia Sportswear, and Sony Funimation use Tecsys OrderDynamics® every day to process millions of online orders. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> About the Role </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> As <strong> Senior Technical Architect </strong> you will lead the team that outlines the future of Tecsys’ OrderDynamics® Order Management System laying out the technical roadmap allowing the development team to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient solutions. You will work with stakeholders to identify customer needs, gather, review, validate and document business and functional requirements, design, and scope robust solutions, establish performance metrics and drive the implementation. You will assist in the end-to-end business process testing. You will work closely with the different stakeholders to ensure our strategy is well understood and is grounded with our client’s reality, thus becoming a key contributor to a successful implementation process. </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you’ll do: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with the team responsible for layout of the next generation architecture, software and infrastructure, to propel the Tecsys OrderDynamics® into the future. </li></ul><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead the design and development of end-to-end technical solutions, taking into account business requirements, scalability, performance, and security considerations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design, integration and quality expectations are met/ exceeded. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and document designs that contribute to the performance, maintenance, and monitoring of Tecsys' OrderDynamics® platform. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with 3rd party vendors and partners to ensure a clearly defined data and API strategy is in place to integrate with the Tecsys software. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute in estimating work effort, project sizing, and backlog breakdown. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collect, document, and analyze custom solutions and workflows in collaboration with multidisciplinary stakeholders. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure that proposed solutions integrate well with generic functionalities and identify functionality gaps. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Actively participate in the definition of migration paths for legacy systems integrations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Improve Standards, Repeatability and Consistency. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance the efficiency of our development practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work proactively and professionally with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and other project partners. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, continuously refining and enhancing our technical capabilities. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Your qualifications: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> In-depth knowledge of software design patterns, architecture styles, and software development methodologies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience architecting systems for scale in a SaaS environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Solid understanding of business processes and concepts associated with distributed order management solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in cloud-based designs, specifically Azure. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with cloud-based CI/CD specifically Azure DevOps. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with SaaS based solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with OMS applications and Order Management. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of relational database management systems (MS SQL Server). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prototyping and creation of proof-of-concepts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience designing high-traffic RESTful API and microservices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge and experience in architecture modernization. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding agile methodologies and workflow. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong communications skills. This position requires the candidate to be able to communicate seamlessly and precisely, verbally and in writing, with technical teams, product owners, clients as well as senior business leadership. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to prioritize work, multi-task, and be detail-oriented. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficient in collaborative group development, and a team player. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Requirements </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> University degree in Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> At least 5 years of experience as a technical architect. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with technology stack: .NET Framework and Core, REST, Databases, Git, Integrations, Azure technology stack, Kubernetes, web development, CI/CD patterns. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in system implementation is an asset as is knowledge of implementation methodologies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to manage change ensuring tight control. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent knowledge of development methodologies and their foundation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent leadership skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Self-starter who requires minimal supervision. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> About the company </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Tecsys provides transformative supply chain solutions that equip our customers to succeed in a rapidly changing omni-channel world.
