We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing targeted audiences, segmenting customer lists, and analyzing campaign performance data to optimize our marketing strategies. Your insights and expertise will drive data-driven decision-making, enabling us to deliver more personalized and effective marketing campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and manage targeted audience segments for marketing campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies and improve ROI. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain and update customer data in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and efficient segmentation for personalized marketing efforts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance targeting, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create and maintain detailed reports on key marketing metrics, tracking trends and identifying opportunities for optimization. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continuously monitor and refine audience lists and segmentation criteria to increase the relevance and efficiency of marketing communications. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct research to enhance and expand contact and account lists, ensuring that they are up-to-date and aligned with target audience profiles for more effective marketing outreach. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Regularly inform key stakeholders on marketing campaign performance to ensure alignment and decision making on data-driven marketing strategies. </li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 1-3+ years in a marketing data management, data analytics, or related role, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and campaign analysis. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business, or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and manipulation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Previous experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company preferred. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Willingness and ability to travel for industry events, company meetings, or team collaboration, as needed to support marketing initiatives. </li></ul> ABOUT YOU: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are analytical with a passion for turning data into actionable insights. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are a proactive problem solver. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are detail-oriented and thrive in ensuring data accuracy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are a collaborative team player. </li></ul> WHAT YOU'LL RECEIEVE: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Competitive pay </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Medical, Dental and Vision benefits including HSA/FSA </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 401k with Employer Match </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 100% paid short term and long-term disability insurance </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> PTO plan and 10 paid company holidays </li></ul> SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $100,000 / annually Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
