Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, management, and delivery of comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate is an expert in technical writing, possesses strong organizational and communications skills, has experience redesigning production documentation from the ground up, and has a proven track record of managing complex and ever-evolving documentation projects. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What You'll Do </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute every day to an organization with an incredible culture, market-leading technology, and a relentless focus on doing what is right for our customers. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead the design and implementation of the documentation strategy. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Define and implement processes for collecting, authoring, and publishing various types of documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as engineering, product management, marketing, customer support, and others—to gather information and create accurate, clear, and user-friendly documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, operation and technical manuals, and release notes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize modern tools and technologies to improve documentation processes and deliverables. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and best practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct thorough reviews and edits of technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve documentation quality. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Track documentation metrics and report on project status, challenges, and successes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Drive the adoption of innovative documentation solutions, such as interactive documentation, video tutorials, and other multimedia formats. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify and implement process improvements to enhance documentation efficiency and effectiveness. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What You'll Bring </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 10+ years of experience in technical writing for B2B software products, with at least 4 of those years spent working on technical products in IT or cybersecurity.
