We’re all remote so it’s important to keep the communication up, and our team is distributed between Australia and Ukraine, so we maximize the little overlap we have each day. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> You will be working with different extensive environments, including Platform, API, and Mobile App. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Responsibilities </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Close communication with Direct Mail external vendors </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design, build, maintain, and scale Direct Mail processes (address hygiene, presorting, deduping, compliance assets generation) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Product Engineering mindset to break and solve problems in a continuous delivery matter </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Use modern technologies and implement the best solutions in terms of efficiency and reliability </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with the PM and other teams to effectively meet the product and technical needs of the project </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proactively participate in improvements and existing solutions tuning </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Building a testable code and unit/integration tests </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Share expertise and knowledge with your teammates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build, release and configuration management (Git) of software deliverables </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing and production environments </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Verification of coding standard compliance and code quality; </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and own best practices/methodologies for provisioning, platform/App scaling, monitoring, etc. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Partner closely with your peers in Quality Assurance, Operations, and New Product teams to improve quality and velocity of teams’ deliverables using goal setting, metrics, quarterly and annual planning and prioritization.
