About the role: A great deal of our Product strategy is focused on leveraging AI to bring more value to our customers - like summarizing what the call was about or extracting topics of the conversation. The AI landscape is evolving quickly as do we and our AI enabled products - that’s why we are looking for a passionate Senior Engineering Manager that stays abreast of the latest technology advancements in AI. Each Engineering team is focused on a different part of our product and each team consists of both backend and frontend engineers, QA and a Product Manager. Teams follow SCRUM with 2 weeks iterations. Besides working in the team, each engineering leader is a part of the engineering leadership group - where we discuss how to move the whole Engineering forward with changes spanning multiple teams. What you will do: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage 2 cross functional teams of software engineers and QA focused on AI </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Grow, coach, and develop the team members to help them progress in their careers </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be actively involved in hiring engineers for your team, making sure it’s well-staffed </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage the team in terms of delivery </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Represent the team in planning and product meetings </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with the rest of the engineering leadership on engineering-wide changes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Measure velocity and improve efficiency for the team </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Drive innovation in engineering processes and strategies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain a sustainable, healthy, and collaborative culture aligned with the company values as we navigate through hyper-growth </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div> What we are looking for: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience of serving in an Engineering Manager role </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with managing a team who built an AI enabled product </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong technical background: experience in building complex B2B SaaS products is a big plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passionate about AI - the technology is evolving really quickly and you should stay abreast of the newest advancements </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You are highly organized.
