We’ve been successful in this unique business for over 30 years and we continue to advance our technology and business processes to remain years ahead of what our competition is able to offer Job Overview: The Recruiter will recruit candidates who are currently active legal process servers or who are interested in gig work and becoming a legal process server. The recruiter will work with the sourcing team conducting high volume outreach to candidates explaining the roles & responsibilities of the job. Continuous recruiting and outreach throughout the US includes working with the sourcing team and executing strategies based on market trends. Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Generate leads by conducting high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires and pipelines </li></ul> Qualifications: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Legal recruiting or legal knowledge preferred </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficient in formatting excel spreadsheets using data tools & formulas </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience creating e-marketing campaigns </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Detail oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
