What you'll do: As the Payroll Product Specialist, you will be instrumental in launching payroll products in new countries, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and leading the implementation process. You will collaborate with the country compliance team, local experts, product team and architects to ensure product delivery is aligned with country specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Payroll Implementation & Expansion - lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the relative successful product launch. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Advisory Pack Analysis - analyse advisory packs and hold meetings to clarify legislative compliance requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build Requirements Definition - define and document functional and legislative build requirements with Payroll BAs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identification of New System Requirements - identify and escalate new system requirements for country-specific needs Project Management - manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bureau Configuration - collaborate to create specifications and development tickets for payroll calculations and features. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Country Build Approval - ensure product delivery aligns with country-specific requirements and resolve compliance issues. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Compliance and Quality Assurance - work with BAs and QA to ensure project builds meet legislative compliance standards. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Document Country Build Configurations - document and create training materials for country build </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Post Go-Live Handover - conduct post-deployment meetings to the relevant stake holders. Experience & Skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Payroll Qualification with a minimum (3) years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration. Experience in working with multifunctional teams </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to analyse, interpret and question information received from Advisory. </li></ul> Experience: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3 years of working experience in back-end configuration is advantageous. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 3 years working experience with programming language calculations are advantageous. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> An understanding of Payroll elements and codes. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Configuring formulas & categorization of pay elements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Configuration and maintenance of statutory rates and tables. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Configuration and maintenance of country-specific fields. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Intermediate Excel Skills (lookups, formulas, concatenating etc.) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with a report writing tool is advantageous. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> An understanding of country specific legislative concepts </li></ul> Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
