Join us. </p></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What you’ll do: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Build and maintain excellent relationships with People managers across the company and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Play an important role in performance management, employee relations, and the day-to-day organization of teams and departments </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support and coach managers to provide engaging leadership and drive high performance </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with leaders across the business to address tactical challenges as well as support in change management </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Facilitate the development of current teams and managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage HR administrative tasks across all departments at Underdog, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, to drive employee growth and organizational success </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Who you are: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast paced, tech environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Impeccable communication skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience from mid-sized organizations, adapting best practices to our dynamic environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust at all levels of an organization </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Even better if you have: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><em> Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000, plus target equity.
