The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. tax regulations and a proven track record of managing tax engagements. Key Responsibilities: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns, particularly business returns for partnerships (Form 1120S). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure compliance with U.S. tax regulations and filing requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and develop tailored tax solutions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with the resolution of tax audits and inquiries. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prepare financial statements and reports related to tax engagements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes and procedures. </li></ul> Requirements Qualifications: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or MST is preferred. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. tax, with a focus on business returns for partnerships (Form 1120S). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in managing tax engagements and leading a team. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. </li></ul></div></div>
