We are looking for a CRM Product Owner who will work closely with an agile team of developers, engineers and quality analysts to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is well-trained in Scaled Agile methodology, and has a strong background in platform technology. </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Key Responsibilities </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Product Vision  &  Strategy: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with Product Manager and Owners to help define and articulate the Hapi Guest CRM product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop detailed roadmap to include feature development and release schedules </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Leverage your knowledge of Salesforce to drive enhancements, optimize usage, and ensure best practices in CRM implementation and management </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Requirements Review  &  Documentation: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Interacts with internal users and stakeholders to define and clarify product and system requirements associated with proposed solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> In collaboration with architects, document epics, capabilities, features, user stories, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Develops detailed functional and user specifications as a basis for design </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continually groom and prioritize backlog items in collaboration with internal stakeholders </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Project Management: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Sprint planning  &  aligning with our quarterly roadmaps priorities </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept through to delivery. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Use agile methodologies and facilitate team ceremonies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Help the QA engineer structure the test plan. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Drive and complete UAT </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborates across organizations to manage the successful completion of dependencies and the validation of dependencies with stakeholder teams </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> User Experience  &  Support: </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continuously seek feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the Hapi Guest CRM solution. Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Coordinate with Services and Customer Success teams on product release planning </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assist with the creation of internal and external product documentation and training efforts </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as Level 2 and 3 escalation on product tickets </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize CRM data and analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and drive decision-making. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for CRM success. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Skills, Knowledge and Expertise </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proven experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on CRM systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Salesforce development, customization, and integration is a plus </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with Agile methodologies and follow product development best practices </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Comfortable with cloud platforms and technical architectures </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Enjoy communicating to all levels of the organization, speaking the truth even when it's inconvenient </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experienced with JIRA/Confluence </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Enjoy working in as part of a fully remote and international team </li></ul></p></div></div>
