This role is critical as we prepare for eight upcoming software releases, necessitating a shift from manual to automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and will be instrumental in enhancing our testing processes to improve software quality and efficiency </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Key Responsibilities </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create effective test strategies. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and tools. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and implement best practices for automation testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor and report on test progress, providing insights into testing metrics and quality assurance. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Experience  &  Qualifications </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for web application automation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Knowledge of testing REST APIs, including understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and RESTful service principles. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficient in Python programming with the ability to write, debug, and maintain test scripts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with one of OpenStack or VMware platform. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding of virtualization concepts and ability to simulate test scenarios in a virtualized setting. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong foundation in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and routing. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Familiarity with tools for test management, defect tracking, and CI/CD integration (GitLab CI). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> #LI-SB1 </li></p></div></div>
