We have a reporting line directly to the CTO and co-founder of PandaDoc, so we have an ideal environment for visibility and impact generation. </strong></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Currently, we have 3 teams inside the Data organization: Product  &  Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Data Engineering (Data  &  Analytics Engineering). <strong> As a Product Growth Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Data, and will have the opportunity to shape the roadmap for data workstreams and product optimization. </strong></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> We have two main priorities for the 2024 year: </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Migrate to new infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, various BI tools) to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends, revising existing processes, building a strong data model, and creating standards as we go </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Generate impact by using data to find and address the biggest opportunities and key problems in different areas of the business </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Our Vision is to be the source of data and go-to recommendation engine for departments across the company... we just need you to join us and help us get there! </p></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> In this role, you will: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze user acquisition and onboarding flows to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for growth initiatives </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide insights on customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to foundational data efforts, such as metric and model definition </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and user acquisition efforts </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Grow impactful relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Present findings from research and experimentation to technical and non-technical audiences </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> About you: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor Degree ideally in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 2+ years of experience in a growth analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A/B testing experience and strong understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and analytic bias </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to work collaboratively in with a wide variety of technical abilities and levels of leadership </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> You’ll get bonus points if you: </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> have worked for a B2B startup in the past </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> have proficiency in Python/R for modeling and manipulating large datasets </li></ul></div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong><em> The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000 - $150,000 USD </em></strong></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Benefits: </strong></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Employees may be able to purchase company stock (or receive annual bonuses) </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Employees (and their families) may enroll in the company's medical, dental, vision, short  &  long term disability, life insurance, FSA and 401k plans.
