At Arista, we take pride in our track record of success and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and performance in everything we do. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Job Description </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What You’ll Do </strong></p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> As a HR Intern you will help in the execution of processes, procedures and programs within the HR organization, and will focus on HR metrics maintenance and data analysis. </p><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Responsibilities will include : </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Assists with the development and maintenance of reports to maximize the automation and utilization of the data in the HRIS systems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Help with On-boarding new employees </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be able to come up with new ideas and solutions and implement them </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Completes assigned projects associated with the Human Resources function. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be detail-oriented and comfortable working with a lot of data </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to apply innovative solutions to moderately complex problems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multi-task </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Have a strong desire to work in the HR function and grow </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or other related field </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excel proficiency is a must! </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> To be able to work fulltime - 40 hours per week </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> This is a contract role, with hourly pay range of $17 to $20 per hour.
