Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world. We're looking for an experienced Regional Director to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value proposition </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Foster a culture which embraces DE & I </li></ul> What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years of full-cycle management sales experience within software or security industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level </li></ul> What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You have established relationships with current and prospective customers </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> You understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate them </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos </li></ul> #LI-FO1 #LI-Hybrid <div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> At Zscaler, we believe that diversity drives innovation, productivity, and success.
