That is where you come in! </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Job Description </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understand the requirement from client (In Spanish) and convey the same to delivery team (in English). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure deliverables from time, scope and quality. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure the client engagement at client side. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage projects in Agile or Waterfall depending on client requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Play onsite coordinator role for the client account. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Person needs to be the onsite PM for the client projects. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 8 to 10 years of experience with Project Management. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> The person needs to be competent in Agile and Waterfall methodology. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> The person needs to also play onsite coordinator role and hence business analysis skills are preferrable. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience with diverse estimation techniques. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> The person needs to be competent in English and Spanish both. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Additional Information </div><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Agile Project Scoping is a nice-to-have. </p></p></div></div>
