We operate in an agency mode, supporting international clients creating IoT apps. Our work bridges physical hardware and digital applications. Some of our recent projects include apps for: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> a manicure machine, </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> brainwave-monitoring headphones designed to track and improve focus levels, </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> a smart ring that helps women monitor their health and well-being, </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> leading audio equipment brand that needed help in complex app rebranding . </li></ul> Project teams are interdisciplinary, comprising project managers, designers, developers, and QAs. Projects typically run from 3 to 9 months, focusing mostly on MVPs and app redesigns 🎯 Who We're Looking For? Someone who has: <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A passion for mobile technology with in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android platform guidelines. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Expertise in designing micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Mastery of Figma and Design Systems creation. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong presentation skills, confidently explaining design decisions to clients (English B2/C1 proficiency at least). </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ready to join sales calls with potential clients to explain design issues' complexity and intricacies </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Balance artistic approach with usability and accessibility knowledge. 🔥 And if you’re also… </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> experienced in creating apps for the Health, Well-being or Audio industry </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> experience in remote work in an agency environment or as a freelancer </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> IoT Geek …you’re more than the perfect to join us! </li></ul> 📋 What you’ll do? <ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Be a key member of the project team, taking ownership of the applications' aesthetic and visual aspects. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop visual guidelines based on the client’s branding or from scratch during art-direction workshops. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure Figma serves as a clear and comprehensive design documentation for both the team and the client. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and that the implementation aligns with your vision. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, challenge ideas, and provide your perspective. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Lead client presentations to showcase your designs and ensure the client embraces your vision. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Support the sales team and Team Leader in creating design effort estimates. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Contribute to developing internal best practices and processes to improve project workflows. </li></ul> 🙌 Who will be on your team?
