margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Job Description </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Monitor and tracking of org changes for accurate reporting, scheduling </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ensure successful ongoing operations with knowledge transfer to customers and stakeholders. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Create, update and maintain documentation, SOPs, Process Flow, Mapping, skills matrix </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Identify professional service problems beforehand and propose solutions to resolve. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Utilize experience and knowledge of resolving complex problems. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with staff to vice-president level employees within and across function and external parties. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with various types of data formats such as Excel spreadsheets, .csv files, Access databases as well as extracts from SQL Server or other relational databases. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understand the requirements and create reports accordingly, specially forecast reports and financial reports for Professional Services. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work on ad-hoc reports data as required. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Successfully works to automate existing processes, propose new ideas/solutions </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Facilitate business process design and development to leverage rapid response capabilities. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Manage multiple projects and establish priorities </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Analyze base data of newly acquired companies for system integration purposes </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> UAT for various systems </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Work with other team members on Jira issues, as per SLA defined by Leadership team. </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Communication </strong></p><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Communicate with Leaders and/or insightsoftware managers to scope, develop, test and implement conversions/reports </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Effectively communicate with Managers to keep projects on target </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Continually drive improvements in the processes </li></ul><p style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Collaborate via phone, video conference, slack, and email with stakeholders throughout the conversion process </p><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Qualifications </div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5-9 years of experience </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong MS Excel/Advance Excel knowledge/Skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in Month-End close processes and invoicing process </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Clarity on of Quote to Cash concepts and Understanding of Revenue Recognition </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding and experience of Professional Services activities </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Administrative experience with any Professional Services Automation systems (PSA) </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understanding of Power BI desktop and services and SQL, databases </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent written, oral and presentation skills </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Solutions focused approach to creative problem solving </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required to successfully lead in a fast-paced work environment </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to determine priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives </li></ul><div style="padding: 0;
