The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tenacious, confident, with a willingness to engage in prospecting to maintain individual funnels as expected. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What You'll Do </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Own and manage the entire sales process: prospecting, customer outreach, product demonstrations, trials, and strategic negotiations. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Stay updated on Rhombus’ products to effectively communicate benefits to customers. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners in a designated region for mutual success. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas, maintaining a pipeline that supports over-quota performance through strategic planning. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Provide customer feedback to Rhombus’ hardware, engineering, and development teams for continuous product improvement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Engage in strategic outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers, building a strong pipeline. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, tailoring sales approaches to build long-term relationships. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and product positioning. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> What We're Looking For </div><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role with a proven track record in competitive and strategic sales. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Consistent quota over-achievement and experience with mid-size and enterprise businesses. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting and various lead generation methods. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging peers, customers, and partners. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Ability to learn and articulate the technical aspects of Rhombus products, translating them into business value propositions. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong team player, effective across departments and with diverse teams. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Willingness to travel within the region to meet customers and partners. </li><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><b> Compensation </b></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> Base Salary: </span><span> £ </span><span> 55,000 - </span><span> £ </span><span> 65,000 GBP </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): </span><span> £ </span><span> 110,000 - </span><span> £ </span><span> 125,000 GBP </span></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><span> Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company.
