This full-time role goes beyond traditional career coaching by combining coaching expertise with client relationship management, quality assurance, and sales acumen. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a critical role in setting them up for success by matching them with the most appropriate coaches. You will ensure that each client’s journey is supported by quality assurance measures and personalized guidance, ensuring they achieve their career goals. Additionally, you will be the face of our video content, engaging clients through personalized and compelling video communication. </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Key Responsibilities </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What You’ll Do </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Client Coaching  &  Success: </strong> Utilize our proprietary career report to deliver personalized guidance and coaching to clients, ensuring their success throughout their journey with us. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Client Matching: </strong> Act as the primary matchmaker, connecting clients with the best-suited coach based on their unique needs and goals. Reassign clients to a new coach if necessary to ensure their satisfaction and progress. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Quality Assurance: </strong> Oversee the quality of service delivered to clients, continuously monitoring and improving their experience. Implement QA practices to ensure every client interaction is successful and meaningful. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Sales  &  Conversion: </strong> Engage with prospective clients, guiding them from initial consultation to a successful subscription, driven by a deep understanding of their needs. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Video Communication: </strong> Be comfortable and effective in front of the camera, creating engaging video content that educates and inspires clients as part of our outreach and coaching efforts. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"><strong> Collaboration: </strong> Work closely with the growth team to share client insights and feedback that can enhance our marketing strategies and client acquisition efforts. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Skills, Knowledge and Expertise </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> What You’ll Bring </strong></div><ul style="margin: 15px 0 15px 0; padding: 0 0 0 20px"><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A minimum of 5 years of experience in career coaching/counseling, with a strong track record of client success. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, human resources, or a related field is preferred. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Experience in quality assurance or customer success roles, with a focus on continuous improvement. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> A proven ability to drive sales and convert leads into long-term clients, with a client-centric approach. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Strong proficiency in career development theories, vocational assessment tools, and data-driven decision-making. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Confidence and charisma in front of the camera, with experience creating video content. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 5px"> Former experience as a recruiter or in a sales role is a plus. </li></ul><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> Benefits </div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"><strong> Location and Time Commitment </strong></div><div style="padding: 0; margin: 15px 0 15px 0"> We are fully remote - you can work wherever you’re most productive. Your compensation is directly tied to your performance—the better you are, the more you will be rewarded. A low-performing candidate might earn as little as <strong> $60K annually </strong> , while a high-performing candidate has the potential to <strong> make up to $200K or more </strong> , depending on your success in placing clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
